While I was working with the larger payroll bureaux in the past, it became very obvious that they simply do not cater for the needs of the majority of smaller businesses in the UK. Inevitably (and understandably) commission-based sales people focus on the larger opportunities.

Thus many smaller businesses are ignored or deterred from outsourcing at all by high set up or running costs. And yet, it is these very businesses which are more in need of help with the growing difficulties of paying their staff accurately, on time and in line with the constantly changing legislation.

We see payroll outsourcing as a service and not just a payslip factory where the client is just a small cog in the machine.

Data migration

A key part of our service is ensuring a smooth transition for you and your clients if you do decide that outsourcing is right for your practice. It is essential that your clients are treated with the appropriate level of care and attention so that they also see the benefits of the new arrangements. Our proven client migration strategy is designed to make the process as painless as possible for everyone.

Migrating the payroll data is technically a relatively simple task but just as important is capturing all the information about the clients' payrolls that is not in the payroll data itself. As part of the process, we capture all the surrounding information to ensure we run their payrolls as the clients expect and on the dates they expect. Perhaps best of all, the migration of your existing portfolio of payrolls is free!

We are not just here to produce payslips & reports however. We offer unlimited help & support on all payroll-related matters. Where employment law or Pension-related issues arise we can direct clients to appropriately qualified specialists. As the appointed agent for your clients' PAYE & CIS matters, we are able to act on their behalf with HMRC.
